We make it a goal to never leave a customer unsatisfied. We work hard to make sure that every order is correct and sent out in a timely manner. We also understand refunds and returns are part of the service we must provide. Returns are accepted within 30 days from the time the order is placed as long as the products are returned unused, and in the original un-opened and undamaged packaging.
How to Return a Product:
1. Contact us at (508) 755-2243 to discuss your return. Once authorized a return shipping address will be given to you.
2. Keep the product in the original packaging in the original packaging, and re-pack for shipping.
3. Return the product via UPS, FedEx or USPS or other insured shipping provider. It is recommended that you insure the package.
4. Place a shipping label on the box and return the product to the address given to you when speak to an authorized Labex of MA representative. After the returned products have been received, please allow 2-3 weeks for your account to be credited.
Products Returned without Authorization will not be Processed.
